- Payment due: March 15, 2026
- Materials submission: March 1, 2026
- Physical materials delivery: April 5, 2026 by 5 p.m. PT
Approval Process: All sponsors, exhibitors, and materials are subject to review and approval by the CSL Events Team to ensure alignment with convention values and theme.
Payment:
- Upon approval of your sponsorship, you will receive an invoice for your selections and an agreement from our event coordinator, BDI Events
- Payment must be received by March 15, 2026
- Make checks payable to: Centers for Spiritual Living with Memo Reno 2026 Sponsorship
- Credit card payment available upon request
Cancellation: Sponsorships are non-refundable after agreement execution.
